Ghaziabad: Student-led organization Gen Azaad organized a protest highlighting concerns regarding the current state of the education system and demanding urgent reforms to protect student interests.
The demonstration focused on issues including examination irregularities, alleged paper leaks, transparency in evaluation, and accountability within the education sector. Protesters called for 20 grace marks for affected students and demanded a manual re-checking of answer sheets to ensure fair assessment and justice for students.
The protest received support from student and political representatives, including Dolly Sharma, National Students' Union of India, and Indian National Congress.
Participants raised concerns over repeated examination controversies and urged authorities to introduce systemic reforms aimed at preventing future paper leaks and strengthening the credibility of educational institutions. Protesters also called for greater transparency, accountability, and student representation in decision-making processes affecting education.
