I Sneha Dey the daughter of Sharmila dey from Kolkata became a fitness professional after learning at K11 School of Fitness

Sneha Dey hails from Kolkata and has shifted to Delhi through K11 School of Fitness Sciences. This journey was very challenging for her but taught her a lot. Now she has become a fitness professional. During the Diploma in Personal Training (DPT) course at K11 School of Fitness Sciences, Sneha's vision towards life has changed a lot.

K11 was founded in 2003 by Kaizad Capadia, Devaki Khimji, Kalyani Capadia and Mayur Sabnis. It is India's foremost educational institution for professional education in the fitness industry. With its state-of-the-art learning centers and comprehensive curriculum, the school is dedicated to building great careers for ambitious fitness professionals.

In six months, Sneha Dey gained extensive knowledge about exercises, muscle anatomy and the right techniques for muscle training. Her studies in physiology and biomechanics, though challenging, became engaging through K11's interactive learning environment, which included excellent classrooms with audio-visual aids and a fully equipped exercise lab for practical training. This blend of theory and practice provided her with a comprehensive learning experience.

Sneha was inspired to shift from Kolkata to Delhi by Sir Sushil Dhokne. She says, "I am also very grateful to my other mentors at K11, including Kabir Seth, Archit Kaul and my practical master trainer - Sumit Phugat. Their guidance and support were pivotal in my learning journey."
