Safe and Successful Completion of a Half Marathon by SPS INTERNATIONAL

A half marathon, on 5th November 2023, conventionally a 10-mile cumulative run, often morphs into an event that brings Palwal and the entire Haryana together. On a mildly chilly morning of November 5, if you had stepped inside the packed premises of SPS INTERNATIONAL, the renowned school of Palwal would have made you 'Run For Nasha Mukt Bharat & Akhand Bharat', the stated aim of this year's Half Marathon.
More than 5000 runners from Palwal and the rest of Haryana made it to the Half Marathon. All the marathoners were given T-shirts and certificates, and the top 50 completists were rewarded with up to 1 lakh cash prizes. The chief guest gave 1st 10; they were given 5100, 2nd ten finishers 3100, 3rd ten finishers 2100 and the rest 20 were given 500 rs each.
The SPS INTERNATIONAL's Half Marathon raised over several seminars and projects in the school coinciding with its stated goal of 'Run For Nasha Mukt Bharat & Akhand Bharat' intends to reach out to the masses and spread awareness for substance abuse and to unite India which is free from drug abuses.
Our chief guest was the central minister of peer and heavy industry of India. Krishan Pal Gurjar. Palwal MLA Sh Deepak Mangla held the flag of the ceremony. Deepak Mangla and Hathin MLA Sh. Praveen Dagar.
"I am running for the third time in this half marathon. I am a fitness freak, so I am here to run for every mile that would count," S.D.College fitness freak group, who held a flag stating the hashtag 'Grow To Give' at the marathon, told media.
The marathon had scores of individuals and organisations who participated in the run for various stated causes. Among them, the Top 10 finishers were given a 5100 rs cash prize. The winner who hit the win was phenomenal as he completed his run in 32 minutes.
Not far from the flag runners stood Nitin Sharma
"Everyone should run and keep track of their fitness. This is what we are here for," Nalini said while standing beside his colleagues Neha Shukla and Pinki Gautam.
"My first marathon was last year, which I completed in two hours and ten minutes. This time, I was targeting two hours, but I did it in one hour and fifty-six minutes. So I am proud of myself," said a victorious Jaydev (J.D) while sitting on a mat at the conclusive resting point of the marathon.
On the sidelines, several hydration stations and canopies for first aid were settled in the concern of the participants.
A phrase on the costume of a boy was written "Nash ek shadyantra hai, Samaj virodhiyon ka yantra hai".
